We arrived in Manaus first thing in the morning after an awesome time in Sao Paulo . We checked out a couple of hotels and decided to settle on the Slaass Flat Hotel. We got settled in and chose to go see what the city had to offer. .

We went to the downtown area (Centro) and walked around taking in the sites. We spotted quite a few nice looking women, so we were anxious to see what would happen that night. Now, just to be clear, you don't come to Manaus to marvel at the beauty of the city. Manaus ' most beautiful buildings would be average at best in cities such as Paris , Rome and even Sao Paulo . That said, there is only one Amazon, which is absolutely incredible, and we set out to find true Amazonas.

Before heading out to Ponta Negra, we happened to go by an aerobics class. Not surprisingly, there was some eye candy, a bit more than we could actually catch on camera though. But still worth a look.

A short time after we wolfed down our burgers, we invited a couple of girls over. As usual, they were receptive and one of them (Monica) was pretty cute. Like many women in Manaus , she was predominantly Native Indian with a mix of some other ethnicity (perhaps Portuguese). Monica agreed to meet us at Hotel Tropical with a couple of her friends, so we went over to the club. (Note things are spread out in Manaus so you should consider working out a deal to have a taxi stay with you for a fixed rate.)

Inside Tropical was a mix of girls. There were ones you could definitely take home and some that would require some effort. Manaus is one of the places where it definitely helps to speak Portuguese (or Spanish will get you buy). The Club was very nice as the hotel is the best in Manaus, but it was a little slow that evening. We could have had our pick at a number of ladies in the club, but since we already had three, we had a few drinks and danced with the girls for an hour or so before we decided to continue the party back at the hotel.

When we got back to the hotel, we put on some trance and what had become our favorite music, Brazilian funky music, and broke out drinks as always. The girls were dancing, drinking and having a great time. After a short time, we paired off and the rest is history.
